This is the website of Luis Salas, an independent consultant. The site is at https://salas.studio. You can reach us at luis@salas.studio.

What information we collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

• Name and email address — when you submit the contact form on this site.
• Message content — the text you write in the contact form, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Booking details — if you book a call, the name, email address and time slot you give to Cal.com. Booking pages are hosted by Cal.com, not on this site.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with this site (pages visited, time on page, links clicked), collected via analytics tools. It is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: it is tied to a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser rather than to your name, but it is not aggregated beyond recognition.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries you submit through the contact form
• To schedule and hold a call, if you book one
• To improve the site and understand what content is useful
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms

We will never sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising.

Legal basis for processing

• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and improve the site.
• Consent — for any future marketing communications. You can withdraw at any time.

Third-party services

• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to my inbox by email. Your name, email address and message pass through Resend in transit. Resend Privacy Policy
• Google reCAPTCHA — used on the contact form to prevent automated spam. It sets a cookie and sends device and behaviour signals to Google. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cal.com — hosts the booking page linked from the contact page. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the details you enter there. Nothing is sent to Cal.com unless you follow that link. Cal.com Privacy Policy
• Vercel — hosts this website. Server logs may record your IP address and browser information as part of standard hosting operations.
• Segment / Google Analytics — used for analytics on site usage. These load only on the live site at salas.studio.

Cookies

This site sets two kinds of cookie. Google reCAPTCHA sets a cookie on the contact page to tell humans from bots. Segment and Google Analytics set cookies to measure how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we never sell your data.

You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, and browser-level tracking protection will block the analytics cookies.

Where your data is processed

The services listed above are provided by companies based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Each is engaged under a data processing agreement with the safeguards required for such transfers.

How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the business relationship is active or as required to respond to enquiries. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so within 30 days.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
