Context
Una is a digital platform for Baby Boomers and Gen X across Europe. I founded it and run it solo alongside consulting: product, content, CRM, email automation, and analytics across three European markets.
The problem
A solo bootstrap operation is a forcing function. Every tool, workflow, and feature has to justify itself immediately, because there is no team to absorb a bad decision.
What I did
Designed and built the platform end to end, choosing a stack one person can operate: modern web, headless CMS, email automation, and product analytics.
Built the content and CRM engine to run on systems rather than daily heroics, with automated lifecycle email and structured content pipelines.
Instrumented everything in Mixpanel from day one, so decisions get made on behaviour rather than opinion.
Localised and launched across three European markets as a solo operator.
The outcome
Una is why my consulting advice stays honest. Every framework I recommend to clients is one I also have to live with as an operator, with my own time and money on the line.
